Broker Owner Tom White has worked in the real estate business in Lincoln for over 30 years and currently is a partner in Ridge Development Company, a real estate development company in Lincoln. Over the past 10 years, Ridge Development Company is responsible for developing over 2000 acres of land into numerous residential and commercial developments. Tom is a native of Hastings, Nebraska and a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Salesperson Seth White earned a B.S. in Business Administration, graduating with Highest Distinction from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in May of 2004. He was a Letterman and a First-team Academic All-Big XII performer as a member of the football team at Nebraska. Seth was born and raised in Lincoln. He has been a licensed real estate salesperson since January 2005 and is currently working on his CCIM Real Estate designation.
